INGREDIANTS:
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups water
- little salt
STEP BY STEP VIDEO:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add 1 cup brown rice to the instant pot. Rince and drain water.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt. Mix them.
- Close the instant pot lid, with sealing position.
- Set high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Open the lid after natural pressure release.
- Fluff the rice with fork. Perfect brown rice is Ready.
NOTE:
- Here I used 6QT DUO instant pot.
- Here I used Sona Masuri Brown Rice.
- Brown Rice : Water ratio 1 cup : 2 cups
- It goes well with any curry.
