Here I used dash mini waffle maker, this recipe makes 1 waffle. If
you use regular waffle maker, you can add more eggs. This is
keto friendly and low carb recipe.
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chili (skip it to reduce spice level)
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oil to grease waffle maker

- In a bowl, add egg, chopped onion, chopped green chili, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, pepper powder, and salt. Mix it all together.
- Turn on waffle maker and grease it. Here I use Dash mini waffle maker.
- Pour the egg mixture and cook for 3 minutes or until light brown.
- Yummy and Healthy Waffle Omelet is Ready.
