Mint is also called Pudina. It goes well with dosa or idli, this chutney can be used to apply on bread to make sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1/4 tsp hing/asafotida
- curry leaves
- 2 red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- tamarind/imly little
- 3 garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped coconut
- 1 cup cilantro
- 4 cups mint leaves
- salt
- 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Turn on instant pot saute mode. When it is hot, add oil.
- Add urad dal, hing, curry leaves, green chili, red chili, tamarind, and garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Add cilantro leaves and mint leaves. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Cancel saute mode.
- Transfer it to the blender after it is cooled down.
- Add water and salt, blend it until it's smooth.
- Yummy Mint Chutney is Ready!!!!!
NOTE:
- Here I used 6QT DUO instant pot.
- You can reduce the spice level by skipping the red chili or green chili.
- It can be served with Idly or Dosa.
