INGREDIENTS:
- Plain puffed rice/pori/Murmura - 8 cups
- Peanuts - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Hing / Asafotida - little
- Curry Leaves (optional)
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic crushed - 5 cloves
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 -2 tsp (adjust based on your spice level)
- Salt as per the taste.

Instructions:
- Turn on Instant pot Saute mode (More)
- Once pot is hot, add oil, mustard seeds and peanuts - Roast it well until peanuts turns light brown.
- Add hing, curry leaves and crushed garlic - Stir until turns slightly brown.
- Now change the saute mode to Less
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Quick stir.
- Now add puffed rice. Mix all together.
- Stir fry for 5 minutes or until it gets crispy.
- Now Spicy Crispy Murmura is Ready.
- Finally cool the murmura completely and store it in airtight container for upto 2 months.
