This is Keto friendly Recipe. It goes well with Cauliflower Rice.

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups(8 oz) of chopped mushrooms
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 medium size onion
- 2 garlic
- 2 pieces of ginger
- 3 Serrano Pepper/ Green Chillies
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Curry leaves (optional)
- Powder:
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Corriandar/ Dhaniya Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Instructions:
- Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli to the blender and make a paste.
- Make a tomato paste.
- Turn on instant pot - saute mode
- When pot is hot, add oil, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion mixture and saute for 3 minutes (until golden brown)
- Add tomato paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped mushroom and saute for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriandar powder and garam masala powder. Give a quick stir. Add 3/4 cup water and salt to taste.
- Close the lid with sealing position. Set 3 minutes high pressure.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes quick release.
- Add chopped cilantro and whipping cream. Mix it all together.
- Yummy Mushroom Masala Curry is Ready.
