- 3 tbsp Almond flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Add butter in a microwave safe mug/bowl. Microwave it for 20 secs or until melts.
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Microwave for 90 secs (maximum power).
- Let it cool and transfer it to the plate.
- Cut the bread into 2 slices as shown in video.
- To add more taste &flavor:
- Heat the pan on the stove, and grease with butter.
- Toast the bread into light brown on both of the sides.
- Now you can make your own choice of sandwich.
