- 2 tsp Sambar Powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Soak Toor Dal / Split Pigeon Peas for 30 minutes.
- Turn on Instant Pot - Saute Mode
- Add Oil - Once Pot is hot, add Mustard Seeds, Urud dal, Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Hing and Curry Leaves - Give a quick Stir
- Add Onion, Green Chillies - Saute for a minute
- Now add Tomato - Saute for a minute.
- Add your choice of Vegetables, here I add Carrots, Green Beans, Drum Sticks, and bottle gourd - Saute for a minute
- Add Sambar Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder - Give a Quick Stir
- Add Tamarind Juice and soaked dal - Mix it all together
- Add Water 4 cups - Close the Lid with Sealing Position
- Set High pressure 10 minutes (15 minutes for unsoaked dal.
- Open the lid after NPR (Natural Pressure Release)
- Garnish with Cilantro and Ghee.
- Mix it all - Delicious Sambar is Ready
