Approximate Net Carbs:
1 cup Okra = 3.8 Net Carbs
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil / Butter
- 3 cups chopped Okra
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt to taste
- Powder:
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Pepper Powder
- Tadka/ Tempering:
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (optional)
- Curry Leaves (optional)
- 2 red chillies (optional)
- Hing / Asafotida (little)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut okra into Small Pieces
- Turn on Instant pot - Saute mode
- Once pot is hot, add coconut oil
- Add mustard, cumin seeds, black pepper, red chillies, curry leaves and hing.
- Add chopped okra - Saute for a minute
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt
- Close the pot with sealing position
- Cancel Saute mode - Set Steam 0 minutes Low pressure
- Once it is done, open the lid after Quick Release
- Add Parmesan Cheese (optional)
