INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 3 Garlics
- 2 Serrano Pepper/ Green Chillies
- 2 Red Chillies
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Tadka/ Tempering:
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Urud dal/ White Gram
- 1 tsp Channa dal / Split Bengal Gram
- Hing / Asafotida (little)

- Cut Kale into small pieces
- Turn On Instant Pot - Saute Mode More
- Add 2 tbsp oil
- Once the oil is hot, add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Urud dal, Channa Dal, and Hing.
- Add Chopped Onion and Garlics, Saute for a minute
- Add Red Chili and Green Chili - Add chopped Kale - Give a quick stir
- Add salt - Give a quick mix
- Close the lid with sealing position.
- Cancel Saute mode, Set Steam 0 minutes Low pressure
- Open the lid after quick release
- Add 2 tbsp Coconut powder - Give a quick stir
- Healthy Kale is ready
