Instant Pot Easy Kale Stir Fry

                                                                                                                                                                                                           



INGREDIENTS:


    • 1 bunch Kale chopped
    • 1 cup Chopped Onion
    • 3 Garlics
    • 2 Serrano Pepper/ Green Chillies
    • 2 Red Chillies
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • Salt to taste
    • Tadka/ Tempering:
      • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
      • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
      • 1 tsp Urud dal/ White Gram
      • 1 tsp Channa dal / Split Bengal Gram
      • Hing / Asafotida (little)

STEPS:




    • Cut Kale into small pieces
    • Turn On Instant Pot - Saute Mode More
    • Add 2 tbsp oil
    • Once the oil is hot, add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Urud dal, Channa Dal, and Hing.
    • Add  Chopped Onion and Garlics, Saute for a minute
      • Add  Red Chili and Green Chili - Add chopped Kale - Give a quick stir
        • Add salt - Give a quick mix
            • Close the lid with sealing position.
              • Cancel Saute mode, Set Steam 0 minutes Low pressure
                • Open the lid after quick release
                    • Add 2 tbsp Coconut powder - Give a quick stir
                      • Healthy Kale is ready
