Instant Pot Easy Maggi Noodles with Vegetables
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 Maggi Noodles
- 2 Packets Masala Mix/Taste Maker
- Salt as needed
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen or Fresh Vegetables
- (Carrots, Green Beans, Peas, and Corn)
STEPS:
- Turn on Instant Pot Saute Mode
- Once Pot is hot, add Oil and Cumin Seeds
- Add Chopped Onions - Saute for a minute
- Add Chopped Tomato - Saute for a minute
- Add Mixed Vegetables - Satue for a minute
- Add Masala Mix or Taste Maker - Give a Quick Stir
- Add 1 1/4 Cup Water, Salt and Maggi Noodles
- Mix it and Break the Noodles - Close the lid
- Cancel Saute Mode - Set High Pressure 3 minutes
- Once done, Open the lid after Quick Release
- Yummy Simple Maggi Noodles Ready to eat.
