Instant Pot Easy Maggi Noodles with Vegetables

                                                                                                                                                                                                        



INGREDIENTS :


    • 2 Maggi Noodles
    • 2 Packets Masala Mix/Taste Maker
    • Salt as needed
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
    • 1/2 Cup Tomato Chopped
    • 1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen or Fresh Vegetables
    • (Carrots, Green Beans, Peas, and Corn)




STEPS:


    • Turn on Instant Pot Saute Mode
    • Once Pot is hot, add Oil and Cumin Seeds
    • Add Chopped Onions - Saute for a minute
    • Add Chopped Tomato - Saute for a minute
    • Add Mixed Vegetables - Satue for a minute
    • Add Masala Mix or Taste Maker - Give a Quick Stir
    • Add 1 1/4 Cup Water, Salt and Maggi Noodles 
    • Mix it and Break the Noodles - Close the lid
    • Cancel Saute Mode - Set High Pressure 3 minutes
    • Once done, Open the lid after Quick Release
    • Yummy Simple Maggi Noodles Ready to eat.
