Instant Pot Soft and Moist Cake Bites

Instant Pot Soft and Moist Cake Bites - This cake bites are made from Betty Crocker Cake Mix, you can use any cake mix.  This is instant pot version, no need to preheat the oven or baby sit.

INGREDIENTS:
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
    • 1 1/4 cup water
    • 15 oz Cake Mix - Betty Crocker Cake Mix Devil's Food

STEP BY STEP VIDEO:
INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Add all the Ingredients in a bowl. 
    • Mix with the hand mixer for 2 minutes 
    • Grease the egg mold 
    • Pour the Cake batter 
    • Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the Instant pot, Place Trivet 
    • Keep the egg mold inside 
    • Close the lid with Sealing Position 
    • Steam for 20 minutes 
    • Open the lid after NPR - Let it cool 
    • Now Cake Bites can be easily taken out by pushing from bottom 
    • Yummy, Soft Cake Bites are Ready.
