- 2 cups of Penne Pasta
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 12 oz of cubed velvetta cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add penne pasta, water, and salt to the instant pot.
- Set manual high pressure 6 minutes with sealing position.
- Open the lid after natural pressure release.
- Turn On Saute Mode (Normal)
- Add Milk, Velvetta Cheese and Black Pepper Powder.
- Stir until Cheese melts, Turn off Saute mode.
- Creamy Delicious Mac and Cheese Ready!
